Önder Akpinar

Onder undertook the assistant director role at CBRE in Istanbul in 1996 and completed several leasing and investment transactions in the office, industrial and retail markets.

Onder moved from CBRE to Corpus Sireo Investment management company in 2008 as the senior investment director responsible for Investments and Capital Placements in Turkey. Within this role, Onder improved his experience in the fund and investment management and carried out investments in the retail, industrial and office markets.

In 2010, he was transferred to a reputable local investment and development company, City’s Property Development, as the general manager. Within this role, he managed the company’s extensive portfolio of industrial, office, retail and residential investments and developments. In parallel to portfolio development, Onder lead the overall asset management of the group including a major shopping center.

In 2012, Onder moved back to CBRE as the capital markets director and in 2014 became the Chief Operating Officer. Then in 2017 he was promoted as the General Manager of CBRE Turkey. In 2019, Onder transferred the General Manager role and returned back to investments as Senior Director which is his best capability.
