Danny Baker is a Vice Chairman with CBRE Capital Markets and one of the firm’s leading multifamily investment sales professionals. He leads CBRE’s multifamily capital markets business across the Central United States and co-leads the firm’s National Multifamily Portfolio Team.
Throughout his career, Danny has advised many of the world’s largest institutional investors, private equity firms, developers, and owners on transactions representing more than $40 billion in gross asset value. His work spans large-scale portfolio and single-asset dispositions, recapitalizations, structured transactions, and other complex capital assignments across the United States.
Danny began his career at CBRE in research before joining the Dallas multifamily investment sales team in 2010. After nearly a decade as a producer on the team, he assumed leadership of the business and has solidified the team’s market-leading position in one of the nation’s largest multifamily investment markets, while expanding his practice nationally across markets and transaction types.
Danny’s approach is centered on long-term relationships with institutional owners and capital partners, advising clients across investment cycles and on their most important and complex transactions.
He has consistently ranked among CBRE’s top producers in the US and became one of the youngest professionals in the firm’s history to achieve the title of Vice Chairman.
