Can Kadir Yalnizcan

Can Kadir Yalnizcan has been Managing Director of CBRE Turkey since September 2018. CBRE Turkey operating in Turkey since 1994 and has 110+ employees serving clients in Turkiye.

CBRE Turkey is the subsidiary of CBRE, Inc. which is ranked #135 on the Fortune 500 and Fortune’s Most Admired Real Estate Company for four out of last five years.

Prior to becoming Managing Director, Mr. Yalnizcan served as CFO of CBRE Turkiye with responsibility for GWS and Advisory Segments, and continue to lead both Segments as MD.

Mr. Yalnizcan began his real estate carrier in 2010 in CBRE Turkiye Advisory team as Finance Manager, and served 13 years in various positions, like CCO, Accounting & Reporting Expert, HR and CFO. And he became MD of Advisory as of 2018 and appointed as MD for GWS business as of 2020.

Mr. Yalnizcan received an BA degree from Marmara University, and had various certification for Operation and Finance.
