• Q4 2020 marked the 41st  consecutive quarter of positive net absorption, culmination in five years of annual absorption surpassing 20 million sq. ft.
  • Quarterly absorption totaled 8.3 million sq. ft., bringing the year-to-date absorption total to 23.2 million sq. ft. for the year.
