CBRE Turkey was established in 1994 in Istanbul with the acquisition advisory of Çırağan Kempinski Hotel on behalf of Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). Between 2002 to 2011, the services in Turkey were carried as a franchise operation and in 2012, CBRE Turkey office became a fully owned office by CBRE Group. Since then, the company has been investing & growing rapidly in Turkey to reflect CBRE’s global leadership at commercial real estate services and provide full services for the clients.
