SEDEF ASLAN

Background

Sedef Aslan joined CB Richard Ellis in Turkey in April in 2007 to assist in our Office Agency department. She is responsible for researching the property market in order to locate new office developments for international and national clients. She maintains updated information on existing office developments as well as office developments under construction and in the pipeline.

Professional Experience

Sedef worked as a stewardess for three years which enabled her to travel extensively throughout the Middle East and Europe. She later transferred to the tourism field and organized archaeological & cultural tours for VIP American and European tourists for twelve years. During this time, she was introduced to property research for tourist arrivals who were interested in leasing or acquiring property in Turkey. Prior to joining the firm, Sedef worked in the leather chemicals sector as an export dealer.

Since joining CB Richard Ellis, Sedef has been involved in office and retail research and has been successfully involved with various leasing.
