Background

Neslihan Oral is the Real Estate and Facility Manager for Turkey Eastern Europe / Central East Asia for Nokia Siemens Networks covering 11 countries . She is also responsible for the business development and relationship management in the same area for Global FM accounts .
She manages 14,000 sqm of office and warehouse space, as well as 900 people spread over 11 locations in 8 cities. She has a core team of 7 people utilising expertise, knowledge and shared services practices in cooperation with local suppliers used as outsourced services.

Professional Experience

Neslihan started her career in Akbank’s Foreign Exchange department as a dealer in 1984. She then joined NCR Bilisim Sistemleri in 1987. She has worked in various capacities for NCR including logistics, credit control, purchasing and building management services. She joined CB Richard Ellis in 2005 to manage NCR’s Turkey and Eastern European Facilities. In Oct 2008 she was appointed as Area Facility Manager for Nokia Siemens Networks Turkey, which involves managing offices in NSN’s Turkey and Eastern European Networks. This role involves managing suppliers and RFP processes for cleaning, security, catering, repairs and maintenance for both accounts.
In January 2011, she was appointed as the Real Estate Manager for Nokia Siemens Networks with responsibility for Portfollio, Transaction and Project Management services in addition to Facilities Management
