Background – Managing Director
Feroze Bundhun is the Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis Turkey. He has actively provided all types of real estate services including valuation, investment, consultancy, advisory and leasing work in Turkey and throughout the Middle East. Feroze has an extensive knowledge of overseas property markets, and speaks French and English fluently. He has travelled and worked extensively both within and outside Europe.
Professional Experience
Feroze joined Richard Ellis in Brussels in 1974 as Development Surveyor and subsequently moved to the Real Estate Department of Banque Brussels Lambert where he started the Management Department for a very substantial Real Estate Portfolio in Belgium. He rejoined Richard Ellis in London in 1989 in order to develop the Company’s business in the Middle East in general, and in Turkey in particular. After having spent ten years in Brussels, Feroze joined the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority as European Portfolio Manager and later became Senior Acquisitions Manager responsible for acquiring substantial property investments worldwide. Feroze has lived in Abu Dhabi for five years and still retains extensive contact with the major institutions throughout the Middle East and particularly in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman.
Prior Assignments
Feroze was responsible for opening the CBRE office in Turkey in 1991 on the back of a significant hotel investment deal on behalf of a Middle East client.
He has valued many hotel properties in Turkey and advises hotel operators on all aspects of the hotel industry. He has also been involved with many Shopping Centre Investments throughout Turkey.
He has an ongoing relationship with many Government clients such as Australia, USA, UAE and Mauritius and with other Official Institutions.
He has been involved in all aspects of property valuations particularly in the retail sector.
