DR. VEHBI CEMIL HARIRI

Background

Dr. Vehbi Hariri is the Director of the Valuation and Investment Properties Department of CB Richard Ellis Turkey.  He is responsible for valuation assignments, investment properties and project management.  He is trilingual in Turkish, Arabic and English. He has a detailed knowledge of property markets and has worked extensively in Turkey, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.  He has travelled extensively within Europe, UK, Middle East and America.

Professional Experience

Having worked with DMI in Switzerland (trade and project finance departments) and in Abu Dhabi at Dar-ul-Amara (UAE) on major housing and office development projects he lectured at the Department of Interior Design at Bilkent University in Ankara in design and housing typology.  Before joining CB Richard Ellis, he was design co-ordinator in the initial stages of the Ciragan Palace project and later worked on site supervision and organising final “as-built” drawings for the entire project. For the last 12 years, he has been involved in all aspects of research, valuation and investment services. He has also personally supervised many Project Management schemes for Cisco, Sun Microsystems, Nike, Credit Lyonnais, First Union Bank, Pearson, etc.
